About Me
My ethos in life is built around kindness, compassion with a strong commitment to helping others.
My life experiences have also shaped my choice of career, and I strive to use these experiences, in addition to my professional training and ongoing Continuous Professional Development, to support others by creating a safe space for clients.

Although trained in Person-Centred therapy, I have an Integrative and creative approach to working with clients and strive to work collaboratively with each client to help you achieve a positive outcome from your counselling sessions
Working together I would hope that you could gain clarity, calmness, assertiveness, improved relationships, increase in confidence, reduced anxiety and reduced panic, better working relationships, conflict management, improved wellbeing and an ability to manage difficult situations.
I have many years of Counselling experience. Having worked with clients across a wide spectrum of issues including Relationship difficulties, Bereavement, Loss, Divorce, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Changes, Work-related issues, Stress, Elder care, Addiction, Suicidal Ideation and Self-harm,
We all can experience stressors or events in life that can affect us and, at times, these can be overwhelming, impacting us significantly. Working together to explore, and unpick what you are experiencing, can bring you increased self-awareness, insight and personal growth. We would work together to enable you to build resilience, reduce stress levels and manage difficult times in a more positive way.
My passion is to work with you through the current difficult time you may be having, and to help you identify a way forward. I work creatively with clients and feel very privileged when clients choose me to work with them.
Sessions are F2F or online via video call or via telephone, whichever suits your circumstances best.

I work with adult clients whom may be experiencing relationship issues, work stress, personal stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, panic, bereavement, anticipating loss, significant life or work changes, or you may want to access counselling to explore something else. Whatever the reason, we can work through it together in a compassionate and caring way. I value the rich experience working with a client brings. I work creatively with clients and love working with people to help them achieve a happier and more fulfilling way of being.
