Over the many years that I have worked in Management within Corporate, EAP & PMI sectors, managing teams at a senior clinical and operational levels, I have gained a great deal of knowledge in managing teams, identifying gaps and improving service delivery. Managing projects, being instrumental in revenue leakage identification are some of my strengths. I also have significant coaching, personal/professional development and performance management experience.
